Gautami Tadimalla is an Indian actress and politician. She has acted in over 100 films in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada. She is also the founder of Life Again Foundation, a non-profit organization that works to empower women and children.
Tadimalla was born in Andhra Pradesh, India, in 1968. She began her acting career in the late 1980s and quickly became one of the leading actresses in South India. She has won several awards for her acting, including the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Tamil.
In 1997, Tadimalla entered politics by joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). She served as the BJP’s National Vice President from 2014 to 2017. She resigned from the BJP in 2023, alleging that the party was not supportive of women and that some party leaders were involved in corruption.
Tadimalla is a strong advocate for women’s rights and empowerment. She has spoken out against gender inequality and violence against women. She is also a supporter of environmental protection and sustainable development.
